[EVENT ATTENDANCE DISCLAIMER]

We are thrilled to announce our next event  “आनंद मेळा” (Anand Mela) is back by popular demand!
It is set to take place on  March 17th (Sunday) @5:00 p.m. at Raymond Arthur Brown Middle School.
Variety of Stalls:
Whether you’re into food and drinks, books, jewelry, clothing, or promoting a non-profit organization, our event welcomes a diverse range of stalls. Act fast, as space is limited!

Event Admission:
FREE for members & non-members!

Stall/ Table Setup Guidelines:

• Arrive at the venue by 4:00 PM for setup.
• Bring extension cords along with your electrical devices, cookware etc.
• Bring the necessary paperware ( cups, plates, spoons, napkins etc. ), along with tablecloth or any decorative material you may need.
• Maintain cleanliness at your stall and assist in the overall cleanup.

Additional Guidelines:
Bring proof of membership for registration.
OMM reserves the right to deny inappropriate product bookings.
Entry is final once booked, and no refunds will be processed.

Event Timeline:
4:00 PM: Venue open for stall setup.
5:00 PM: Doors open to the public for food, games, and fun.
8:00 PM: Wrap-up and cleanup begin.
9:00 PM: Venue closes.
